About the Role
Based at Forbes Place in Aberdeen, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Resident Services Associate to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our award-winning Build to Rent developments. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional resident experiences, leading and supporting the on-site team, and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the development.
You’ll be a natural leader with a passion for people, detail, and service excellence — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
What You Will Do
• Lead, motivate and support the Resident Services Team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Deliver first-class customer service to residents and guests, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
• Manage move-ins, checkouts, inventories, and inspections to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Oversee leasing and renewals, maintaining high levels of resident retention and occupancy
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and standards
• Liaise closely with central teams across finance, H&S, ESG, and learning & development
• Manage maintenance requests, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely completion of works
• Maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives, including events and communications
• Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and training to support team development
What You Will Have
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within property, hospitality, or a similar environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/booking systems
• Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
• ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training provided)
