Meet the Resourcing Team

  • After beginning my recruitment career almost 10 years ago, I quickly knew it was the ladder I wanted to climb. Early on, I began building Talent Acquisition teams and leading large scale hiring projects for national and global clients, while also delivering Hiring Manager Upskilling across the UK. I was later offered the opportunity to study for my CIPD qualification, which I really valued, and I now use this knowledge alongside my recruitment expertise to strengthen the way we hire and retain employees. Since joining Dandara in 2022, I've had the opportunity to move from an advisory role into a strategic one, designing and delivering our recruitment strategy - something I find incredibly rewarding.

  • With almost 30 years in recruitment, I've spent over half of that time at Dandara. I first worked with the business in the mid-2000s before returning in 2014, following a period that included supporting the London Olympics. As Head of Resourcing, I lead recruitment across the group. I'm passionate about building lasting relationships and making sure our processes are simple, effective, and give candidates the best possible experience. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing people join the business and develop their careers here.
