About the Role
Join us at Granary Quay, our newest and most exciting development, set in the heart of a thriving waterfront community. This stunning destination boasts nearly 350 modern apartments, first-class amenities, and unbeatable transport links, redefining contemporary city living.
With an impressive HomeViews rating and a reputation for outstanding quality and resident satisfaction, Granary Quay offers the perfect setting for you to make a meaningful impact. As part of our innovative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience at one of our most dynamic locations.
5 days over 7 (rota to be discussed)
40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
7:30am – 4:30pm
10:30am – 7:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Create an outstanding resident experience by managing guest enquiries, post, and parcels
Handle applicant paperwork (Right to Rent, KYC) ahead of move-ins
Oversee resident amenities, ensuring bookings and spaces are well-maintained
Conduct smooth move-in/out processes, including inventories and meter readings
Log maintenance issues and manage keys
Keep communal spaces tidy and welcoming
Manage parking, noise complaints, and site-wide communications
Support resident events, open days, and security walks
Provide shift cover when required
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
A strong understanding of on-site Health & Safety requirements
ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (a plus, but training provided!)
