The role
We are looking for an organised and motivated finance professional to join our Reporting Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity would suit a part-qualified accountant or an experienced finance professional looking to further develop their accounting and reporting experience within a large, fast-paced business environment.
You will support the preparation of management accounts, month-end reporting, audit requirements, and financial reporting processes, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial information across the group.
This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
What you will do
Financial & Management Reporting
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support month-end reporting processes
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting documentation
Audit and Statutory Reporting
Assist with the preparation of information for year-end accounts and external audit
Support statutory reporting requirements across group entities
Respond to finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
What you will have
Previous experience in an accounting, audit or finance role.
Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT, or qualified by experience.
Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Positive and proactive approach to work.
Experience within construction, property or project-based businesses would be beneficial but is not essential.
