    • Coordinate the design process using external architects, engineers, and consultants.
    • Prepare and manage architectural working drawings from planning through to Building Regulations, tender, and construction stages.
    • Support the clearance of planning conditions, coordinating technical information with consultants and internal teams.
    • Assist with the preparation of planning application drawings and supporting documentation.
    • Write and maintain build, sales, and marketing specifications.
    • Review, check, and approve supplier and manufacturer information.
    • Prepare accommodation schedules, legal plans, and sales drawings.
    • Produce AutoCAD drawings to support sales literature, brochures, CGIs, and marketing models.
    • Coordinate the preparation of sales area plans and show home drawings.
    • Monitor design and information release programmes to ensure alignment with project timelines.
    • Attend project coordination and site meetings, producing minutes where required.
    • Manage RFIs and technical queries, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Liaise with warranty providers and Building Control authorities, maintaining approval trackers.
    • Carry out site visits and inspections as required.
    • Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy technical records in line with company procedures.
    • Support and mentor trainees and junior team members within the Technical Department.
    • Promote a “safe by design” approach, supporting Health & Safety compliance throughout the design process.
